Does my care provider see my results?

Who sees what?

Once you are linked, your care provider and the colleagues in the practice see your questionnaire, your blood values, your reports and your action plan. If the practice works with a lab, that lab sees them too. A report that has not been paid yet stays hidden from them.

How does the link come about?

• If your care provider invited you and you created your account then, the link is there at once.
• If you already had an account, or another care provider asks for access, you get an “Access request”. Choose “Allow” or “Decline”.

Reviewing your choice later

Under “Profile & privacy” you'll find “Your doctor's access”: the doctors and practices that may see your data, and who is still waiting for your answer. If you declined earlier, “Give access after all” lets you give access after all.
