Where is my report?

The order

1. You accept the terms and give your consent. That always comes first.
2. Your blood results come in: your lab sends them, or you upload the PDF yourself.
3. You fill in the questionnaire.
4. You pay, if your analysis is not covered.
5. Synapse makes your report. We email you as soon as it is ready.

What the screen tells you

• “We're waiting for your blood results”: your lab sends your results directly. If you already have them yourself, you can upload them.
• “Finish your questionnaire first”: finish your questionnaire.
• “Confirm your consent”: this analysis needs your consent again.
• “We're waiting for your payment” or “Unlock your results”: complete the payment.
• “A member of our team is checking your blood values”: someone on our team is checking your blood test. You don't need to upload anything again.
• Uploaded a PDF yourself and Synapse says your lab report is in? Press “Continue” so we can prepare your report.
