Your data stays encrypted and private with us. What you can choose yourself, and what is part of the terms.

Your consents
- You give consent to analyse your data with the terms. Without that consent, Synapse cannot make a report.
- Whether we may also use your data for research, and whether you'd like news from us now and then, is your choice. Yes or no, your analysis stays the same. You change these choices at “Profile & privacy”, under “Consents”.
Exporting your data
At “Profile & privacy”, click “Export my data (JSON)”. You get your data as a file.
Having your account deleted
Withdrawing the consent for the analysis means we delete your account and all your data. Email info@synapse-lifestyle.com to do so.
My data
Everything you gave Synapse, in one place.
What you see
Open the menu and choose “My data”. You'll find your blood tests, your questionnaire and your consents there.
You change your consents or export your data at “Profile & privacy”.
