Where do I find my blood analysis?

Through CoZo

1. Go to cozo.be and click “Inloggen op CoZo als patiënt”.
2. Sign in with itsme or with your ID card and a card reader.
3. For your profile, choose “Burger” and click “Profiel bevestigen”.
4. Click “Labo” at the top and open your most recent general blood test.
5. Download the PDF.

Through MyNexuzHealth

1. Go to mynexuz.be and click “Aanmelden”. You sign in with itsme or with your ID card.
2. Click “Medisch dossier”, then “Technische onderzoeken”.
3. On the left, under the type of examination, choose “Labo”.
4. Open your most recent blood test and click the report. Nothing opens? Allow pop-ups for the website.
5. Download the PDF.

Then in Synapse

1. Drag the PDF into the box at “Add your blood analysis”, or click “Choose a file”.
2. Several PDFs are fine, up to five files per analysis.
3. Your files appear in the list. Check they are the right ones and click “Continue”.
