Your action plan
Synapse proposes your plan based on what needs the most attention in your report. You review it, adjust it and start.

How your plan is made
- Synapse picks the factors in your report that need the most attention, three at most.
- For each factor you answer up to three short questions, so nine at most. At the top you see how many are left.
- Synapse proposes a plan around those factors.
- You review the proposal, adjust what could be better and click “Start my plan”.
Every week
- You do at most three actions at a time. That keeps it doable.
- At each planned moment, click “Check off”. If it doesn't fully work out, choose “Small version”, or “Skip today”.
- When you have done an action almost every time for four weeks, Synapse asks whether it has become a habit. That makes room for a new one.
If your blood values need extra attention, you may also get supplements, on top of your three actions. Your care provider can view your plan and help adjust it.
Recommended supplements
If your blood values need extra attention, Synapse suggests supplements. They come on top of your three actions.
How it works
- You'll find them at “Recommended supplements” in your action plan.
- You check off your supplements every day.
- They don't count towards your three actions.
Letter for your doctor
A short letter to discuss your results with your doctor.
What's in it?
- The values that need attention according to your report, the most important first.
- How your action plan is going.
- Questions you can ask your doctor.
How to use it
Open “Letter for your doctor” from your action plan. Click “Copy text” to paste the text into an email, or “Save as PDF”.
