Take the tour againHow it works
- Creating your accountYou usually get an invitation from your care provider or your lab. This is how you create your account.
- The questionnaireThe questionnaire takes about 15 minutes. Your answers give your blood values their meaning.
- Blood and paymentYour blood results come from your lab, or you upload them yourself as a PDF. You only pay at the end, if your analysis is not covered.
- Discovering your reportYour report opens with a short introduction: your biological age, your score, your strengths and where you can gain the most.
- Your action planSynapse proposes your plan based on what needs the most attention in your report. You review it, adjust it and start.

- Where do I find my blood analysis?Uploading your blood results yourself? You'll find them as a PDF on CoZo or MyNexuzHealth.
- From photo to PDFOnly have your blood results on paper or as a photo? Turn them into a PDF with what's already on your phone or computer.
- Where is my report?Your report only opens once every step is done. This is how you see what is still missing.
- I filled something in wrongOnce you have sent your answers, you can no longer change them yourself.
- Changing my email addressYou change your email address yourself in your profile.
